Earned an All-America award by placing fifth in the long jump (20-04.50) at the 1991 NCAA Indoor Championships...competed at the World University Games and placed seventh in the long jump (21-01.25) and sixth in the 100m Hurdles (13.64)...placed first at the WAC Championships in the long jump (20-10.50)...also placed first for running a leg of the winning 4x400m relay team...placed second in the long jump (20-09.75) at the WAC Outdoor Championships.
