PROVO -- The Cougars take to the road for its final three meets of the season, first facing off against Utah State Friday at 7 p.m. in Logan.

The team will then battle Southern Utah in Cedar City on March 12 and Utah in Salt Lake City on March 19. Both meets begin at 7 p.m.

There's a lot of energy in this team," said senior Brogan Jacobsen. "We're peaking at the right time."

BYU is No. 15 in the nation, ranking No. 3 in the floor exercise. The Cougars are currently 13-4 (4-1 in home meets) after another win Tuesday against Southern Utah, 197.475-196.225. This is the Cougars' third 197-plus tally in a row, scoring 197.150 at Oregon State and 197.550 at Texas Woman's University.

Sweeping the top scores on all four events and the all-around Tuesday, many of the Cougars set personal bests and season highs. BYU also set a season high on beam 49.225 and tied the record high on floor 49.650.

With a trail of success and consistent performances, the Cougars are focused on getting high scores and preparing for Regionals and Nationals.

"You have to be on your game," said BYU coach Brad Cattermole. "You can't just let up."

USU won its last meet against Cal State Fullerton 195.925-195.700, bringing the team up 8-8.

On its last encounter, BYU defeated USU 196.425-195.250.
