Jones/Miclat fall in second round of All-American Championships

PACIFIC PALISADES, Calif. – Sophomores Mayci Jones and Toby Miclat fell in the second round of the ITA All-American Championships Wednesday to Lucia Kovalova and Rebecca Pedrazzi of Wichita State (7-5, 7-6).

Draws and Results

“We didn’t maintain our energy and momentum when we needed to today,” BYU head coach Lauren Jones-Spencer said. “We definitely showed what we can do in this tournament though.”

The duo returns to Provo this week and will prepare for the USTA/ITA Regional Championships Oct. 15-19.
