Freshman Year 2015

  • His first carry went 13 yards for a first down at Michigan
  • Scored the first touchdown of his career against UConn with a 1-yard carry for the first points of the game, ending the game with 69 yards on 11 carries with a long of 19
  • Scored his second career touchdown while rushing for 60 yards on four attempts with a career long of 40 against Cincinnati
  • Carried the ball six times for 54 yards and scored his third rushing touchdown this season against Wagner
  • Had four catches for 56 yards and a touchdown against Mizzou
  • Had four catches for 37 yards along with two rushing touchdowns against Fresno State for his first career multi-touchdown game
  • Utah State was his second-straight game with two touchdowns (rush/rec)
  • In the Las Vegas Bowl, carried the ball seven times for 58 yards and a TD
  • Had the most touchdowns for a BYU freshman since Jamaal Williams’ 12 in 2012 
  • Recorded 334 net yards on 52 rushes and seven TDs to go along with 17 receptions for 156 yards and two receiving scores

Sophmore Year 2016

  • Played in 12 games and started all 12 at linebacker after switching from running back in spring
  • Third on the team with 80 total tackles, 5.5 tackles for loss and 2.0 sacks
  • Tied for second with three interceptions
  • Recorded a pick-six against UMass on a 39-yard return
  • Career-best 16 tackles against MIssissippi State
  • Had at least five tackles in eight games
  • Recovered a fumble against West Virginia
  • Made his first start on the defense against Arizona and recorded one interception, one sack and four tackles
  • At Utah, finished with eight total tackles, one interception and one forced fumble
