Selected to Arizona All-Star Team...named MVP of the state championship game...was a three-sport letterman, competing in football, basketball and baseball.

Participated in spring drills...played in six games...started in games against California, New Mexico and UNLV...recorded 19 tackles during the season including 13 unassisted and six assisted...had four tackles for a loss of 10 yards on the season including three tackles for a loss of eight yards versus California...deflected a pass and nearly scored a touchdown on a 52 yard interception return against UNLV en route to winning the coaches' award for being named top defensive back.

Senior Year 2000

Recorded 48 tackles, including 26 unassisted...had three tackles for loss...intercepted a team-high four passes...tied a BYU record with three interceptions against Wyoming and was subsequently named the Mountain West Conference Defensive Player of the Week...had season-high seven tackles versus Air Force...recovered a fumble versus Colorado State...had three deflections...coaches defensive back of the game against Virginia, Utah State and Wyoming.
