• Won the Texas A&M Team Invitational in the distance medley relay with a time of 9:54.18
• Took tenth overall at the UW Invitational in the 800m, finishing in 1:52.47
• Took sixth in the 800m at the MPSF Championships with a time of 1:49.60; it is the seventh-best 800m time in BYU indoor history

Outdoor

• Earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors
• Placed second at the Trojan Invitational in the 1500m with a time of 3:48.61
• Took 20th overall at the Oxy Invitational with a time of 1:50.93 in the 800m
• Qualified for and competed in the NCAA Division 1 West Preliminary Round and placed 22nd in the 800m, finishing in 1:49.79

2018 Outdoor

• Competed on the 4x400m relay team that took third at the the USC Trojan Invitational (3:25.97) while also placing seventh in the 800m (1:56.34)
• Took third in the 800m at the BYU Last Chance Meet (1:52.29)

2017 Indoor

• Earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors
• Took third place overall in the 800 meters at the UW Invitational with a time of 1:50.55
• Set a new personal best and placed 14th at the Iowa State Classic in the 800 meters with a 1:49.59 time, good enough for eighth place all-time at BYU
• At the MPSF Championships, took second overall int he 800 meters with a time of 1:49.67

Indoor

• Clocked a career-best 50.13 in the 400m at the Alex Wilson Invitational
• Ran a season-best 1:53.14 in the 800m at the UW Invite
• Competed in five meets during the 2019 indoor season

Outdoor

• Earned a season-best time of 1:51.26 in the 800m at the Oxy Invitational
• Competed in five meets during the 2019 outdoor season
