Indoor

• MPSF individual champion in the 400m 
• Clocked 46.58 for the second-fastest indoor 400m in school history to win the MPSF title
• Also ran on the second-place DMR team (9:37.94) and fourth-place 4x400m team (3:09.25) at the MPSF Championships
• Competed in six meets during the 2019 indoor season

Outdoor

• Took 18th place and received All-America Honorable Mention in the 4x400m at the NCAA Outdoor Championships (3:08.02)
• Earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors
• Ran the seventh-fastest outdoor 400m in school history at the NCAA West Preliminary Round to finish 13th overall
• Earned a career best in the 200m with a time of 21.28 at the Willie Willams Classic
• Competed in nine meets during the 2019 outdoor season

Indoor

• Named a USTFCCCA All-American in the DMR
• Earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors
• MPSF individual champion in the 400m with a season-best time of 46.67
• MPSF third-place finisher in the 4x400 
• Ran the fastest times on the team in the 200m (21.52), 300m (33.35, PR), 400m (46.67) and was a member of the season-best 4x400 and DMR teams
• Clocked 1:50.63 in the 800m in his first time running the race
• Was part of the national-qualifying DMR team (competes March 13-14)
• Competed in seven meets during the 2020 indoor season

Indoor (2021)

• Posted five first-place finishes: men’s 800m at the BYU Cougar Indoor I (1:53.21), men’s 4x440 yd at the Air Force Invitational (3:12.87), men’s 400m at the Air Force Invitational (47.24), men’s 400m at the BYU Cougar Indoor III (46.66) and men’s 400m at the Husky Classic (47.10). 

Outdoor (2021)

• Finished eighth in the men’s 400m at NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a school-record time of 45.91, garnering All-America First Team honors. 
• Became first BYU sprinter to race in the men’s 400m final at the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships since 1964 
• Set a personal best in the men’s 400m with a time of 45.13 to finish fourth at the NCAA West Preliminary.
• Recorded a personal best in the men’s 200m with a time of 20.75 to finish second at the BYU Cougar Invitational. 
• Set a personal best with a time of 10.61 to finish third in the men’s 100m at the BYU Robison Invitational. 

Overall 

• Received USTFCCCA All-Academic honors
• Finished 20thin men’s 400m First Round at U.S. Olympic Trials
• Met Olympic qualifying time in men’s 400m at 45.13
