Four-time state 5A champion at Brighton High School...led team to four Utah State 5A championships...earned automatic All-America designation for 200-medley relay in 1995 and All-America consideration in the 100 back in 1996 and 1997...1996 Utah State club Swimmer of the Year...1997 Junior National Qualifier in 200 back and top 16 finisher in 200-medley relay.


BYU Hall of Fame

Freshman Year 1997-1998

Competed in Junior Nationals West in 100 and 200 back...WAC finalist in 100 back and 100 fly.

Sophmore Year 1998-1999

Swam second-best time for the season in the 50 back and third-best in 100 fly...WAC finalist in 100 fly...swam with third-place 200-medley relay team in WAC Championships.

Junior Year 1999-2000

Academic All-Conference...Cougar Club Scholar Athlete.

Senior Year 2000-2001

Cougar Club Scholar Athlete...won the 1000 freestyle event in a three-way meet with New Mexico State and the University of Denver.
