• Strong start to the season at the USC Trojan Invitational where she placed first in both the 800m (2:08) and the mile, setting a career-best record of 4.44.13
• Clocked a career-best 2:07.27 in the 800m and placed sixth in the 1500 (4:21.96) at the Stanford Invitational
• Placed first in the 1500m with a time of 4:23.88 in the Oregon Pepsi Invitational
• Ran a 4:20.31 in the 1500m, placing 16th out of 282 at the Bryan Clay Invitational
• Took first place in the 800m (2:09.26) at the BYU Robison Invitational 
• Finished the 1500m with a time of 4:23.11 at the Payton Jordan Invitational

• Competed at the NCAA Indoor Championships where she earned first-team All-America honors as part of the DMR squad that finished second with a new school record time of 10:54.14
• Placed seventh in the 800m (2:07.32) and the mile (4:43.38) at the MPSF Indoor Championships
• Took second in the mile with a career-best time of 4:41.01 and sixth in the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:50.53 at the Iowa State Classic
• Competed in five meets during the 2019 indoor season

Outdoor

• Placed eighth and earned first-team All-America honors in the 800m at the NCAA Outdoor Championships 
• Ran a career-best and the eighth-fastest outdoor 800m (2:03.65) in school history at the NCAA Outdoor Championships 800m semifinal
• Clocked a personal-best 4:15.15 in the 1500m at the Bryan Clay Invitational
• Competed in seven meets during the 2019 outdoor season

Indoor (2020)

• Named a USTFCCCA All-American in the DMR
• Competed in the NCAA-leading distance medley relay to set a school and facility record (10:53.95) at the UW Invitational
• Clocked 4:38.54 in the mile and moved up to No. 4 on the BYU all-time board at the MPSF Championships
• Won the 800m after racing a persona-best time of 2:04.19 and placing at No. 5 on the BYU record board at the MPSF Championships
• Competed in four meets during the 2020 indoor season

Outdoor (2021)

• Won the National Championship with a personal best time of 4:08.53 in the 1500m at the NCAA Track & Field Championships, also setting a school record and earning First Team All-American honors
• Earned Second Team All-American honors and finished 11th in the 800m at the NCAA Track & Field Championships with a time of 2:03.95
• Posted a personal best time of 2:02.83 in the 800m at the NCAA West Preliminary Round
• Competed in the 1500 at the NCAA West Preliminary Round, finishing 6th with a time of 4:13.88
• Finished 1st in four-straight 800m races, including the Hayward Premiere and Oregon Twilight
• Competed in eight meets during the 2021 outdoor season
