Sophmore Year 1999

competed in the indoor 3000m for the track and field team...provisionally qualified for the NCAAs with a 9:26 outdoor 3000m at the Cardinal Invitational and a 16:29 5000m at the Mt. SAC Relays...second in the outdoor 3000m at the WAC Championships...14th at the NCAA Championships in the outdoor 3000m...earned another All American letter for her 26th-place finish at the NCAA cross country championships...finished first for the Cougars at the Stanford and Pre-National Invitationals...placed fourth at the MWC championships, where she was named All-MWC 1st team...also named academic All-MWC.
