Freshman Year 2001

Had 20 appearances for a 3.41 ERA and a 3-0 record ... had the third-lowest opposing batting average for the Cougars at .286 ... struck out 23 on the season while only walking four ... recorded his first win in an 11-10 come-from-behind victory over Southern Utah ... recorded his second win in relief at Utah with five strike outs in four innnings pitched ... got a win in relief at home against San Diego State with four strike outs in 3.1 innings pitched ... voted first team Freshman All-American by Collegiate Baseball ... Second Team All-Mountain West.

Sophmore Year 2004

Finished 2-2 in 13 appearances ... third on the team with nine starts ... third on the team with 45 strikeouts and with a 5.09 ERA ... third on the team in innings pitched with 58 1/3 ... longest appearances were back-to-back seven inning starts against Cal State Northridge and Portland ... struck out a season high eight batters in 6 1/3 innings against Utah on March 27 ... earned wins against Santa Clara and Cal State Northridge ... missed over a month at the end of the season due to tendinitis in his throwing arm.

Junior Year 2005

Tied for the team lead with six victories, saves (3) and appearances (21) ... pitched well in a come-from-behind 11-9 victory at UNLV, striking out four in 3.2 innings and giving up no walks and two hits ... again gave up no walks in a 4-1 victory at Utah Valley State for his second save of the season in four innings ... struck out five in the final three innings vs. against Lewis-Clark State to secure the win in a come-from-behind effort to give BYU a 5-2 victory, in a game when teammate Matt Jensen also struck out 13 batters ... Cougar Scholar-Athlete and Academic All-MWC.

Senior Year 2006

Selected as a Cougar Club Scholar Athlete ... missed the bulk of the season due to an elbow injury.
