Rachel Jorgensen will begin her seventh season as a volunteer assistant in 2020. With her maiden name of Manning, she played in 85 games for the Cougar midfield from 2010-2013 scoring six goals and making five assists. As a senior she was named to the 2013 NSCAA All-West Region Second Team. As a junior, she helped BYU to a program-record No. 2 national ranking and an Elite 8 appearance in 2012.
Jorgensen is a native of San Juan Capistrano, California, and played her club soccer for the Southern California Blues before coming to BYU. She graduated from BYU in the spring of 2015 with a degree in family life and human development. She married Quin Jorgensen in December 2014.
