SAN BRUNO, Calif. – For the first time in her career, sophomore Lexi Tarrow was named West Coast Conference Player of the Week, as announced by the conference on Monday.
In four games at bat, she hit 5 for 11 to lead No. 23 BYU softball to wins over No. 11/12 Georgia and Louisville last week at the Mary Nutter Collegiate Classic. During the doubleheader on Saturday, she went 4 for 6 with three RBI. Her two RBI in the win over the Cardinals tied her career high.
