BYU men's basketball will play rival Utah in the Deseret First Duel at the Beehive Classic on Saturday at 12 p.m. MST in Vivint Smart Home Arena.

Saturday's game will be broadcast live on ESPNU and online on BYUtv.org. The game with also be broadcast live on the BYU Sports Network on BYU Radio – Sirius XM 143/89.1 FM HD2 and KSL 102.7 FM/1160 AM.

• Saturday’s game against Utah is the annual Deseret First Duel and part of the Beehive Classic. BYU defeated Utah in the Duel last season 77-65 in Provo. The Cougars defeated Weber State in the inaugural Beehive Classic last season.
• Nick Emery made an immediate impact in his first game of 2018-19, scoring 11 points and adding two assists and two steals vs. Utah State.
• Yoeli Childs matched his season high with 31 points vs. Utah State. Childs also netted 31 points at Weber State.
