- Freshman Anson Winder has seen significant playing time at point guard the last five games, including starts in the last four. For the season he’s averaging 5.9 points, 4.4 assists and 1.1 steals. He leads the West Coast Conference in assist/turnover ratio at 2.6.

- Dave Rose is one of the most successful coaches in the history of BYU basketball.
